I first met the beautiful Claudia through a neighbour hood post requesting if anyone would like to attend yoga classes. I was Claudia’s first student and have been working with her since April. I am a little bit of a special case. The fact I had very limited range of my hips and needed not one hip replacement but two. Claudia encouraged me in so many ways on my three weekly sessions with her. From calming, motivation, flexibility, optimism, inner strength and much more. I am now in rehab with two new hips with a remarkable recover walking with spring in my step.

Claudia is an incredible person and will remain my yoga teach and friend into the future. I would unreservedly recommend her to anyone wishing to find inspiration, support, physic and inner strength. Claudia is amazing yoga instructor! I was not a big fun of yoga because I didn’t know how to breathe properly. Also, I was in a class with 20 other people so I knew my poses were not right. Claudia taught me true yoga and I love it! She listens to me and she focused on teaching breathing technique and beginner poses. My body is stiff and not flexible, but she corrects my pose as we go, so I am enjoying it!!! Claudia is lovely, kind and thoughtful. I enjoy every session with her. I can’t wait for our next session!!!

I attend Claudia’s yoga classes 2-3 times per week and they have now become a necessity to help me manage a sore lower back and tight hip flexors from sitting at a desk all day. I can touch my toes again, and my posture, flexibility and balance are all improving each week.

I have been practising Vinyasa Yoga with Claudia for a year in 1-1 sessions, I look forward to the Yoga workout every week as it balances out my Beach Volleyball and Cycling addictions.

Her group cardio sessions are tough and fun; not for the faint hearted! She provides a great balance of relaxation and building up a strong sweat. Claudia combines elements of Pilates practise which adds another level of intensity if you want to take it on. She is very attentive to the different needs of different bodies, abilities, injuries and personal hobbies.

She has an infectious positive, caring energy and you would be sorry to miss out on her vibrant sessions!
